DECK Grupo Argom (formerly DECK Grupo Integral), as the party responsible for the processing of personal data, makes this Privacy Notice available to you in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and accountability set forth in Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

I. Purposes of processing

• Socioeconomic evaluation, recruitment, and hiring processes.
• Verification of academic, employment, and personal references.
• Compliance with applicable legal obligations.
• Talent pool management.
• Communication with candidates throughout each process.

During home visits, photographs of the surroundings may be taken as part of the investigation report.

II. Personal data we collect

• Identification data: name, age, address, marital status.
• Academic and professional background.
• Financial and family information.
• Images of the home (in socioeconomic background checks).

III. Data transfers

Data may be transferred to the client that requested the evaluation and to competent authorities when legally required.

IV. Retention period

Personal data will be retained for a maximum of three (3) months from the date it is collected, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.

V. ARCO rights

You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Objection (ARCO), or withdraw your consent, by sending a request to protecciondatos@deckgi.com or controlinterno@deckgi.com.
